Netbook diserahkan dengan kondisi terinstall Windows 7 Starter. Pemilik menginginkan untuk diinstall Win7 versi di atasnya. Kebetulan Raihan Komputer™ memiliki installer Win7 Ultimate.

Proses pengerjaan berlangsung lancar, Raihan Komputer™ membackup data-data yang dianggap penting terlebih dahulu. Kebetulan Raihan Komputer™ mendapatkan program untuk membackup driver yang dibutuhkan untuk instalasi ulang laptop tersebut.

Alhamdulillah keesokan harinya, pekerjaan ini telah selesai dengan baik. Dalam proses akhir, Raihan Komputer™ menambahkan 3 dvd untuk recovery ke kondisi factory default dengan terinstall Win7 Starter dan 1 dvd untuk driver beserta aplikasi pendukung netbook ini.
