Notebook diterima dengan kondisi Windows Vista rusak. Menurut penuturan pemilik, setelah mereka melakukan scanning virus, kemudian merestart notebook, notebook tersebut tidak mau menjalankan Windows.

Akhirnya pemilik meminta kami untuk melakukan instalasi ulang Windows dengan menggunakan versi Windows 7 Ultimate.
